Domo-Kun the brown monster
Sure this is technically not an "animal", but I decided to add this character to Animalspotlight because it is just so cute! It is more of a creature, or a monster, but Domo can be a very fun fictional friend!
Domo -- (a shorter name for Domo-Kun) -- is the mascot for Japan's NHK television station, and recently began showing in the United States on Nickelodeon -- (the children's television station).

I also just recently started creating a Domo costume for my dog. I will post a picture of my dog in the costume when it is completed.

I finally got two pictures of my pug dog in his Domo costume. I do not have a sewing machine yet, so I really could not get the costume completely together. You can see that I am holding the Domo face onto the top of his head. I also had to hold him still the entire time since he does not even like wearing costumes in the first place.
Domo stuffed animals that I just got at Target -- (below). One is a keyring, and the other is a plushie.
